Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting the overall efficiency of our office environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked Handle data entry tasks, including filing, proofreading documents, and updating records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks Provide excellent customer support through courteous phone etiquette and personalized assistance Assist with clerical tasks like copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining accurate records for smooth office operations Qualifications Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles within an office setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management tools such as calendar management software or personal assistant experience preferred Knowledge of clerical procedures including filing, proofreading, and document management Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; relevant experience in customer support or administrative assistance is valued Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in office administration!
