In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a major part in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, confidence communicating with clients, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced med spa environment. Experience in a med spa, beauty, medical, or wellness setting is a plus. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, sales-oriented, and passionate about helping clients feel comfortable and cared for. Duties & Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service Answer phone calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly Schedule and confirm appointments using booking software Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate records Educate clients on services, packages, memberships, and promotions Assist with sales of laser hair removal packages and retail products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area Manage client follow-ups, appointment reminders, and rescheduling Handle payments and basic cash/card transactions Support daily spa operations and assist the team as needed Help create a positive, luxury experience for every client Qualifications & Experience Previous customer service or front desk experience required Experience in a med spa, salon, medical office, or beauty industry preferred Strong communication and phone etiquette skills Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment Sales experience is a plus Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and social media Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Positive attitude and professional appearance required What We're Looking For Someone friendly, outgoing, and professional A team player with strong work ethic Someone who enjoys helping clients feel confident and comfortable A person who can handle busy days while staying organized and calm Someone motivated to grow with our spa long-term
