Job Description

In Touch Community Services is a multidisciplinary therapy center providing ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and creating a welcoming environment for families and staff. We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and families in a professional and friendly manner Answer phone calls and respond to emails Schedule appointments and coordinate therapy sessions Collect and verify intake documentation (ID, insurance cards, referrals, etc.) Upload and organize client documents in electronic systems Maintain client files (physical and electronic) Coordinate communication between departments Assist with administrative tasks as needed Maintain front desk organization and professionalism Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred Experience in healthcare or therapy setting a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems) Preferred Skills Experience with therapy or healthcare offices Knowledge of insurance and referrals (preferred but not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Schedule Monday-Friday (Office hours to be discussed)
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
