Receptionist / Client Services Position

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and highly motivated Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for somoene who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and views themselves as part of something bigger than simply holding a job.

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and confidence Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently Researching and resolving client inquiries in a timely manner Creating positive first impressions for clients and visitors Managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Building rapport quickly and maintaining strong client relationships Assisting with administrative and office support duties as needed

Qualifications:
