Job Description
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and highly motivated Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for somoene who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and views themselves as part of something bigger than simply holding a job.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and confidence Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently Researching and resolving client inquiries in a timely manner Creating positive first impressions for clients and visitors Managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Building rapport quickly and maintaining strong client relationships Assisting with administrative and office support duties as neededQualifications:
Excellent phone communication and customer service skills Strong writing, spelling, and verbal communication abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Positive attitude and emotional professionalism, even during stressful or challenging times Ability to multitask and stay organized Previous receptionist or customer service experience is beneficial Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills A team oriented mindset with ownership mentality and pride in your work We are looking for someone who sees themselves as an important contributor to the success of the organization-not just an employee, but someone committed to helping build and strengthen the business every day.
