Job Overview We are a professional, fast-paced dry cleaning business located in Jacksonville Beach, FL, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality care for our customers. We are currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be friendly, detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, and enjoys working in a team environment. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Process customer orders and payments Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries Organize and manage incoming and outgoing garments Maintain a clean and organized front counter area Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Support team members as needed Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to multitask and stay organized Reliable transportation required Must live near the Jacksonville Beach area Ability to work well with others in a team setting Schedule Mon-Fri 7:00am to 1:00pm Sat 9:00am to 2:00pm ( Every Other) If you are motivated, dependable, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
