Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, prepare the next day's router slips, collect patient co-pays, schedule all appointments, and help support the team. Candidate must excellent spoken communication skills that will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your dental office expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. It is important that this candidate have experience working in a dental office for at least a year. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Answer and direct multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing clear and courteous communication. Manage appointment scheduling using Open Dental. Basic Insurance Verification Chart reviews for next day's patient (health update/ins changes/address changes) Collect all patient co-pays as listed on Router Slip Basic treatment planning and presentation Skills Strong proficiency in Open Dental Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Dexis software experience Uploading/exporting patient files including x-rays into Open Dental A full understanding of tooth numbers and terminology Exceptional phone etiquette and in-person communication skills
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 34.0 per weekBenefits:
