Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing personal injury team. This is a full-time, in-person position in Jupiter, Florida , ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with clients, and takes pride in keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and warm manner Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries Manage front desk operations, including mail, faxes, deliveries, and office organization Assist with new and existing client tasks as needed Maintain accurate records and update client information in the case management system Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (law firm experience is a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Professional demeanor with a client-focused and welcoming approach Ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks efficiently Familiarity with office software and case management systems is a plus

Full-time Work arrangement: On-site (This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week in Jupiter, FL)
