Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a privately owned animal hospital in beautiful Jupiter Farms with exceptional clientele that are known as extremely caring pet parents. The opportunity is best suited for a enthusiastic, caring, kind personality who wants to create a positive and exceptional experience for each individual client. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our pet parents, providing exceptional customer service, understanding the needs and meeting those needs in a ongoing positive way. The CSR is the pivot and key in which the hospital operates and responsible for the valued customer service functions. Duties Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism as they enter the clinic. Schedule appointments/ confirming appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered along with addressing client concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of waiting room. Educate clients on pet care, vaccination schedules, and preventive health measures. Work hand -in-hand with our Doctor's, Vet Technicians, Vet Assistants, Kennel Teams. Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments. Recommending, selecting, obtaining products, including prescriptions. Qualifications Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas: Certified Veterinary Customer Service Representative or equivalent experienced preferred Ability to work well in a team environment, coachability, passion for vet medicine. Familiarity with work flow and medical protocols( wellness, dental, vaccine schedules, prevention products)facilitate effective communication with staff and clients.
