Posto Pizza is looking for a strong Front Counter Team Member to run our guest experience and keep service flowing smoothly. This is not just a cashier position — you are the control point of the restaurant. You'll manage in-store orders, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and communicate with the kitchen to keep everything running efficiently. We are a high-volume, fast-paced environment , especially during peak hours. We're looking for someone who stays focused, moves with urgency, and keeps things organized under pressure. What You'll Do Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle register and process payments Manage pickup area and organize orders for guests and drivers Coordinate with kitchen to track order timing and flow Handle third-party delivery drivers (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) Answer phones and assist with customer questions Keep front area clean, stocked, and organized Help maintain a smooth, fast service during busy periods What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy, high-volume environment Quick thinker — able to multitask and prioritize Attention to detail (orders must be accurate) Positive attitude, but also confident and assertive when needed Reliable and punctual — consistency matters Comfortable standing for long periods and working nights/weekends What Makes This Role Important You control the flow between customers and the kitchen You help prevent mistakes and delays You set the tone for the guest experience Schedule Evening and weekend availability required Full-time and part-time positions available Pay Competitive hourly pay based on experience Location Celebration, FL 34747 (In person)you!
