Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Clerk to join our team! This role will provide direct support to the HR Department, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and exceptional support. Searching for a candidate with an energetic approach and attention to detail while assisting in maintaining an efficient office environment and supporting office management. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls. Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to maintain accurate records and files Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to ensure operational efficiency Assisting with the recruitment of new employees. Completing I-9s and the use of the E-Verify system to confirm work eligibility of new employees. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all office equipment functions properly for seamless daily operations Requirements Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy Experience with data entry, filing, and proofreading Bilingual abilities required (English/Spanish) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or in administrative roles is preferred Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Previous experience in agriculture or the H2A program is a plus.
