Full-Time / Entry-Level About the Role The VA Claims Lawyer LLC is a rapidly growing law firm looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our on-site team in Pensacola. This is a unique opportunity to build a career in the rewarding field of Veterans' advocacy by serving as the face and voice of our firm. As a proactive problem-solver, you will manage our front desk operations and ensure our office runs smoothly. You will work closely with our legal team, leveraging our 27+ years of experience to help welcome veterans and support our claims process.
Key Responsibilities Communication Management:
Handle incoming phone calls, answer inquiries, screen callers, and reroute calls to the appropriate team member.
Correspondence Control:
Manage incoming mail, central emails, electronic faxes (e-faxing), and coordinate outgoing courier services.
Document Processing:
Handle high-volume scanning, copying, and digital filing to keep our case management system up to date.
Office Scheduling:
Maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate veteran client consultations.
Front Desk Reception:
Greet and welcome visiting veterans and their families with an empathetic and professional demeanor.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years of reception, front office, or administrative experience preferred.
Technical Proficiencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and standard office hardware.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills for daily interaction with veterans and internal teams.
Adaptability:
Quick ability to learn new internal office software and multi-line phone systems.

Highly Organized:
