Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist Lake Montgomery Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for short-term care patients and long-term care residents. We are looking to add to our team an experienced Front Desk Receptionist. That is available to work every weekend(Saturday). The right candidate will be a professional, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Benefits available if reach full-time status.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls Organize office operations and professional communication methods Assist with resident trust fund transactions with residents Perform basic bookkeeping functions such as record phone calls, receipting mail, etc. Monitor office supplies and inventory and order supplies as needed Assist with general office support such as filing documents, answering phones, etc. Perform other work assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or other related fields. Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, fax machines, etc. a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) and QuickBooks a plus. Must be able to pass the FL AHCA background screen that checks all local, state and federal law enforcement sources of any criminal history
Compensation:
Competitive Salary; experience may be a consideration.
