Front Desk Associate

Front Desk Agent Duties:

• Greet and welcome members in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Assist guests with membership questions and sales
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
