Job Description

! Reception is a KEY role as the face of All Cats Hospital from start to finish and therefore the applicant must have an outgoing and friendly personality. This position requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills with an ability to multi-task. Attendance and punctuality are imperative. A sense of teamwork is essential. Job duties include but are not limited to answering multi-line phone system, greeting clients and patients, admission and discharge, setting up charts, scanning/printing/faxing, and documentation and follow-through of client communications. Experience with Avimark software as well as previous experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required. In return for your hard work and team effort, we offer:- Competitive salary
