This energetic role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth office functioning while contributing to a positive and organized workplace atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your Commercial Property Management skills and support daily operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and ensure a professional first impression at all times in person and on the phone Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing outstanding customer support Maintain organized electronic filing systems including Monthly Owner Report compiling and document collection Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, and bi-weekly check runs Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies to ensure seamless operation Copying/Scanning Documents Support Leasing Agents on occassion Bank and Post Office Runs (very nearby office) - must have reliable vehicle Skills Proven experience in front desk or reception roles with strong customer service skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), , and Adobe. AppFolio experience a plus but not required, we will train Experience in office management, clerical tasks, bookkeeping, and personal assistant responsibilities is preferred Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their administrative expertise while supporting a vibrant office environment. We are committed to fostering a positive workplace where your organizational talents shine! Hours Tues, Wed, Thurs 9:00 am to 4:30 pm possibly more hours as needed.
