Schedule:

Part Time Responsibilities Maintain a professional, polite, upbeat and friendly attitude always Greeting all guests visiting the dealership Promptly answering incoming calls with a smile in voice Multi-task in handling the flow of day to day dealership activities within the service center Use dealer management system to enter and maintain appointments. Execute assigned tasks with skill and attention to detail Qualifications Service reception experience preferred Experience setting appointment preferred Ability to use Reynolds DMS preferred Ability to communicate effectively Good administration skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to operate a wide range of office technology, including telephones, computers, e-mail, fax and copy machines Good interpersonal skills Ability comprehend instructions and information High School Diploma Must have a valid driver's license. Successfully pass a background test and drug screen.
