Job Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage inquiries and provide accurate information
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in computerized systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Dentrix Practice Management Software
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service principles
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
