Role:
Our law firm is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This is a client-facing position in a fast-paced legal environment, ideal for someone who thrives on professionalism, service, and organization.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in both English and Spanish Answer incoming calls and manage email correspondence Coordinate appointments and conference room scheduling Support administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and organizing legal documents Maintain a clean and professional reception area Assist attorneys and staff with office logistics and daily operationsQualifications:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required) 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role (legal field preferred) Previous administrative experience is required; experience gained in Latin America is accepted and valued. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and efficienceLocation:
