Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Make badges for all new hires
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage Employee records
- Provide customer support and assist with inquiries
- Set up interviews for HR Specialist to conduct.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Send badge report
- Any other job task that is needed.
Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
