Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to join our team. A qualified candidate must have the ability to multitask, be highly organized and work in a fast-paced environment while handling a mid volume of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, dependable, customer service driven and team-orientated.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers phones, inputs customer information, dispatches calls to plumbing technicians and communicates with customers to determine their needs.
- Carrying out administrative duties; responding to emails, paperwork, invoicing, collecting credit card payments, maintaining ServiceTitan PriceBook, scanning, filing, cleaning /organizing the office etc.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
Marketing:
Assist with company social media presence with daily posts.- Follow organizational procedures and processes.
- Other assigned duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- M-F with a start time of 7:30am-4:00pm
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient with computers
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritization under pressure.
- Proficient typing skills.
