Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they walk in. Managing appointment bookings and maintaining an organized schedule for our stylists. Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care. Processing payments and handling transactions accurately. Assisting with the overall flow of the salon, including light administrative tasks. Supporting the team in creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment for our guests. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. A proactive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. Familiarity with salon or spa environments is a plus, but not required.
