Known for surgical excellence and a best-in-class recovery experience, we're looking for a warm, organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. Position Summary The Front Desk Coordinator sets the tone for every patient's experience at Ogee, from the first phone call through check-in and check-out. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and a genuine care for patient experience in a fast-paced aesthetic practice. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage a smooth, efficient check-in/check-out process Answer and route incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Schedule and confirm consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments Verify patient information, insurance (if applicable), and consent forms prior to visits Process payments, deposits, and financing paperwork for procedures and recovery products Maintain an organized, welcoming front office and waiting area Coordinate with clinical staff to keep patient flow on schedule Support patients with basic questions about recovery products and direct clinical questions to the appropriate team member Manage patient records and documentation in the EMR/scheduling system Assist with inventory and retail sales of recovery products at the front desk Support social media/marketing team occasionally by helping capture patient testimonials or coordinating photo/video consent Qualifications 2+ years of front desk/receptionist experience, medical or aesthetic practice preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional demeanor with strong multitasking abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) Comfortable with scheduling software, EMR systems, and basic POS/payment processing HIPAA knowledge/training a plus
