We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and personable Director of First Impressions to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This key role is responsible for creating exceptional first impressions for clients and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and reception area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage front desk operations, including answering incoming calls, directing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times. Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management. Utilize CRM systems for documentation, communication, and collaboration with team members. Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records. Operate phone systems and manage incoming messages efficiently. Provide support to office staff and assist with additional administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Professional appearance and business-professional demeanor required Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with office equipment, phone systems, and basic computer applications.
