Job Description
Have at least 2 years experience as Front Desk Receptionist, preferably in a dental setting . Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred. Check patients in and out, schedule appointments, confirm upcoming appointments, answer incoming calls, have experience with Dentrix software or any other similar dental software is required, good communication skills, standard computer knowledge, be a team player, maintaining an organized reception area, sending out referrals, checking patient insurance eligibility, ensuring follow-up of patient insurance prior to appointments.
