Job Description
The candidate will be joining a small group of experienced, motivated individuals, including a board-certified veterinarian, who work as a cohesive team to provide exceptional care for their veterinary patients in a pastoral setting. Patients include those for acupuncture, chiropractic, rehabilitation, referred neurologic, orthopedic, and cancer issues. This job is for someone who is computer literate, experienced with practice software; and for someone who understands practice organization, financial reporting, with some background with inventory management, though this can be trained. Extensive client education and service is part of the practice philosophy and is required, and receptionist duties are included. Please note that this position does not require any specific educational background, but relevant experience in a similar role is preferred. Competitive compensation is based on experience. Part time; Tuesdays and Thursdays. The candidate is one of the key staff members that facilitate work place communication, efficiency, functionality and optimum patient and client care. Professional appearance and behavior expected at all times, including reliability, punctuality and medical record writing and spelling. Holistic veterinary knowledge is preferred but not necessary. We will provide continued on the job training for the right individual. Holistic interest is necessary.
