Patient Experience Coordinator - Front Desk At Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists , the front desk is more than a check-in area—it is the first and last impression of our practice. We are looking for a naturally friendly, upbeat, energetic, and welcoming person who genuinely enjoys interacting with people. The ideal candidate smiles easily, communicates warmly, and has the type of personality that makes patients feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment they walk through the door. The Role As our Patient Experience Coordinator, your number-one responsibility is to help create an exceptional patient experience. You will be the first person patients see when they enter and often the first person they speak with when they call. We want every interaction—whether in person or over the phone—to feel friendly, positive, professional, and helpful. Responsibilities Greet every patient promptly with a smile and warm welcome Create a positive, upbeat atmosphere at the front desk Make patients feel noticed, comfortable, and genuinely appreciated Answer incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism Schedule and confirm patient appointments Assist patients with questions and help direct them to the appropriate team member Check patients in and help maintain an organized patient flow Communicate clearly with doctors, technicians, optical staff, and other team members Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front-desk environment Help ensure patients leave the practice feeling as valued as when they arrived Who We're Looking For Personality matters tremendously in this position.
