  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as First Impressions. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors and callers.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with basic office management tasks
  • Coordinate meetings and events as needed
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in office administration or related field
  • Proficiency in file management and organization
  • Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
  • Ability to computerize office operations efficiently
  • Strong understanding of phone systems and etiquette
