As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for setting the tone for our clients and ensuring that new work is captured, screened, and processed with speed and professionalism. This is a critical role in a fast-paced environment that requires a "client-first" attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Key Responsibilities Intake Management:
Serve as the primary responder for all inbound calls, qualifying potential new work and gathering essential details for the legal team.
Client Relations:
Maintain a consistently pleasant demeanor , providing a welcoming and professional experience for clients, partners, and visitors.
Workflow Coordination:
Efficiently route calls and messages to the appropriate departments, ensuring no lead or inquiry goes unanswered.
Administrative Support:
Manage the reception area, help with incoming/outgoing mail, and assist with basic document preparation and data entry.
Problem Solving:
Act as the "air traffic controller" for the office, resolving scheduling conflicts and managing high-stress situations with composure.
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of experience in a professional office or front-desk role.
Legal Knowledge:
Previous experience in a legal environment is strongly preferred; an understanding of legal intake and confidentiality is a major plus.
Language Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable and will be given priority consideration.
Operational Pace:
Must be comfortable working in a rapid-fire, high-volume environment where priorities can shift quickly. Fully in office
Technical Proficiency:
Strong computer skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems and case management software.

Clear, concise, and professional verbal communication.

The ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure.
Organization:
A natural knack for keeping track of details and following up on pending tasks.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
