Front Desk Associate Breaking Barre - 5.0 Oviedo, FL Job Details Part-time From $14 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Free fitness classes Qualifications Fitness sales Experience working with children Content creation Attention to detail Retail sales Full Job Description We're looking for a part-time front desk associate for our Oviedo barre-focused fitness studio, who are personable, reliable, energetic, highly organized, and work well in a team environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required as you will be the first person most clients interact with when they visit our studio. Must be available to work two evening shifts per week.
Position Title:
Front Desk Associate Ideal candidates for the front desk position will possess the following qualities: Positive, upbeat personality Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers Ability to multitask Excellent customer service skills Punctual, responsible and detail oriented Honest Presentable appearance Prior experience in a retail or customer service setting is encouraged
Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the studio, if scheduled (the studio is only open when class is scheduled) Greeting and checking in clients as they come in Reaching out to potential clients Maintaining the studio schedule Answering the phone Managing boutique product inventory Selling memberships and boutique merchandise Membership retention Following up with prospects Resolving customer issues in an effective manner Periodically cleaning the studio floors, shelves, restrooms, boutique area, etc. Childcare during morning shift, when needed (only when booked during AM shift) Social media content creation/support, when needed Compensation and perks: Opportunities for performance-based raises FREE boutique fitness classes! Discount on boutique merchandise Opening employees are required to be at the studio 30 minutes prior to the studio opening time. Closing employees will close at the established times.
