Job Description
We are an AAHA accredited practice looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team. We are a full service hospital offering general and emergency pet care, surgery, dentistry, luxury boarding, and grooming. If you have a positive attitude and a passion for working with pets and their people, please submit your resume' for consideration. The role of the Client Care Coordinator is to greet clients and their pets and make them feel comfortable at the hospital from check-in to check-out. The CCC is also responsible for keeping the appointment schedule, managing medical records, and communicating with clients about their pets' needs.
Responsibilities include the following:
- -answer multiple telephone lines
- -organize and stock office supplies
- -manage a cash drawer
- -collect and process payments
- -prepare deposits
- -provide hospitality services to new and existing clients
- -communicate with clients via telephone and email regarding pet care
- -fill and dispense medications as prescribed by the veterinarians
- -approve online order requests
- -check email
- -manage reminders
- -daily cleaning duties
- -playgroup
- -help care for pets in the pet resort
- -help out in other areas of the hospital as needed Working hours are Monday
- Friday 7:30am
- 5:30pm, and Saturdays 8AM
- 12PM.
Job Type:
Full-time- up to 40 hours
Pay:
$15.00- $16.
