Our ideal teammate would have 2+ years of veterinary reception experience; possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Experience with our practice management software, AVimark, highly preferred. Candidate must be proficient with windows based computer systems and word-processing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide hospitality for new and existing clients Client scheduling and reminders Collect and process payments Answer multiple telephone lines Organize and stock office supplies Daily cleaning duties Other duties as required around the hospital Customer service oriented mentality Employment contingent on background check.
