Job Description

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. To be successful, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Responsibilities:
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Greet clients and make them feel comfortable, both in person and over the phone Manage and schedule free trials and make-ups classes. Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preferences Provide essential details to potential clients, such as classes, events we offer, pricing, etc. Maintain front desk Direct clients to the appropriate coach for classes and other areas of the gym Ensure client records are up to date Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field is ideal. Consistent, professional dress, and manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competency in Google Suite. Good time management skills. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required. Highly organized.
Hours are:
Monday - Thursday from 3:00pm - 7:45pm, Fridays from 3:00pm-6:45pm.
