Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls Maintain office organization through effective office management practices. Handle scheduling and appointments Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation Assist in maintaining records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency. Skills Knowledge of basic computer and communicate effectively. Strong customer support skills with a focus on delivering excellent service Excellent phone etiquette to ensure professional communication with clients Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing schedules. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly office environment.
