Front Desk/Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, handling correspondence, and supporting other team members.

Key Responsibilities Office Management:

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
