Flexible scheduling, including weekends About the Role As the first person our clients see, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, organized, and enjoys providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Check clients in and out Process payments and handle transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk Provide excellent customer service Assist with daily salon operations as needed Qualifications Customer service experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and team-player mentality Professional appearance and friendly personality Bilingual skills are a plus Why Join Nails Fever?
