Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an amazing person to work in an innovative and growing salt spa concept. We are seeking a dependable candidate with an outgoing, friendly personality and positive can-do it all attitude. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work weekends and some holidays are required. The candidate will deliver a professional and attentive first impression to all the guests. This is a full-time position only and needs to be availabe on weekends. Responsibilities and Duties Duties include answering phones, appointment scheduling, being well versed in the benefits of our services /we will train/, interacting with customers, selling merchandise and services, starting therapeutical sessions, restocking shelves. A Candidate must have excellent communication skills and customer service experience. Qualifications and Skills We need someone who is punctual, organized, motivated, friendly, reliable, hard working and detail-oriented. A computer knowledge in reception work is a requirement to apply for this position. A candidate must be able to communicate with clients, answer emails and compute quotes for services. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems and the ability to multitask.
