We're looking for a Bilingual Receptionist/Office Assistant (English/Spanish) who can be the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients and staff. You'll manage front-desk duties, support administrative tasks, and help keep our workplace running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and employees professionally Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls accurately Schedule appointments and manage calendars Assist with light administrative tasks (filing, data entry, emails) Maintain an organized and professional reception areaWhat We're Looking For:
