Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, computer literacy, and experience in front desk operations. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their experience and managing office tasks efficiently. We would also love for someone to engage in a few of our pre- set group classes as this is a great way to make added pay/bonuses. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Utilize computerized systems for booking and billing, including QuickBooks as needed. Support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with other staff members to address guest needs promptly. Experience Previous experience in customer support or front desk roles is preferred. Familiarity with office management practices and clerical duties. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience as a dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
