Overview We are seeking an organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role is the first point of contact for visitors and clients in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations, supporting team members, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling incoming inquiries Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office Support office management tasks like filing, organizing documents, and maintaining supplies Assist with calendar management and coordinate meetings or events for team members Provide customer support by addressing client questions promptly and professionally Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in office management tools Strong communication skills, including phone communication and client interaction Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients effectively Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities Previous experience working at a front desk or providing customer service is highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while supporting our office's daily functions.
