Job Description
Company Overview Sun Country Pediatrics is the largest Pediatric office in Hernando County. Founded in 2010, we have been providing healthcare to children of Hernando, Pasco, Citrus and Hillsborough counties for a decade and a half. Our facility has separate well and sick waiting rooms. We have 6 medical providers and offer weekday appointments as well as after-hours appointments from 5pm-8pm Monday
•Thursday. We are also open 8-5 every Saturday. Overview You are the face of the office! We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a welcoming demeanor. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greeting visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Use the EMR for scheduling appointments, collection payments, sending and receiving faxes. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously. Qualifications Proven clerical experience with a strong background in office management and administrative support. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with bilingual abilities considered an asset. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and computer literacy. Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable. Flexibility to work as needed in our Land O'Lakes office
