We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented veterinary receptionist for our busy three doctor Privately-owned practice. We practice high-quality medicine with an emphasis on Fear free medicine, preventive care, and developing long-lasting relationships with our team members, and clients! Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical history. Process payments and manage medical collections as needed. Qualifications Exceptional customer service Proficient in communication with clients and team members Proficient in creating accurate and professional medical records Strong pet care and animal care skills is a plus Experience in veterinary medicine and terminology is a plus
