This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced office environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating an elevated client experience from contract to closing.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls Greet clients and agents in a professional manner Assist with opening new title orders Manage emails, files, and transaction organization Coordinate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers Assist processors and closers with daily tasks Maintain office organization and closing room presentation Help create a smooth and welcoming closing experience

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Professional appearance and attitude Real estate or title experience preferred but not required Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and customer service Detail oriented and dependable
