Part-Time Front Desk/Testing Proctor

We are looking for a Part-Time Front Desk/ Test Proctor to serve as our guests' first point of contact for the registration and check-in of our customers. Front Desk Clerk's responsibilities include registering customers in person and by phone. Must be familiar with office machines, including printers, copiers, and scanners. Responsibilities Register customers for classes in person and by phone Collect necessary information such as contact details and other necessary information including payment Respond to clients' questions and concerns promptly and professionally Work with and assist other staff members Various other office duties as requested. Test proctoring Skills Work experience in a small office Experience with MS Windows and MS Office desktop and 365 Manage time efficiently and demonstrate responsibility Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Be organized and complete tasks promptly Must be a team player and enjoy working with people
