• Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team at a busy dry cleaning store in Weston.

This position is full-time and requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Check in and tag garments accurately Handle payments and operate the POS system Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries Organize orders and ensure smooth pickup/drop-off process Maintain a clean and organized front area

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred (not required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

Schedule:
