Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support including but not limited to the following: Oversees the access into the building/front desk area for visitors and deliveries Greets all visitors and notifies the appropriate employee. Answers, handles and directs incoming phone calls. Manages and purchases office supplies Receives, sorts, and distributes all mail and packages Maintains and updates all Conference Rooms reservations, including the scheduling calendars Assists Plant Operations in assigned tasks (open mail, follow up with vendor inquiries, review monthly statements, other tasks as assigned). Coordinate Plant Events Follows all safety and PPE requirements, policies and procedures. Performs other duties as required.Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience/proficiency using MS Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Minimum of 2-5 of work experience, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using an Enterprise-wide system such as AS-400, D-365, SAP, etc., is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.Benefits:
