Job Description
Be the First Face Veterans See. At Arisa Medical, every patient who walks through our door has served this country. We specialize exclusively in Compensation & Pension (C&P) disability examinations for Veterans — and the experience they have from the moment they arrive matters. That's where you come in. We're looking for a warm, organized, and dependable part-time Receptionist for our Winter Haven, FL office. If you take pride in making people feel welcome and keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Greet Veterans and check them in, notifying providers of their arrival Monitor and manage the daily schedule, including rescheduling as needed Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and care Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Occasionally serve as an exam chaperone for female patients (~1-2x/month) Schedule & Pay Part-time, 2-3 days/week 7:00am - 4:30pm $19/hr What We're Looking For A people-first attitude with strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with Windows and Google Suite High school diploma required; medical office experience a plus, but not required Our work has real purpose — every exam we conduct helps a Veteran access the benefits they've earned.
