  • $17 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Guest relations English Schedule management Creativity Account management Full Job Description Respond to phone calls and emails within 24 hours to answer parent/staff questions/concerns as needed daily using proper English, grammar and protocol aligned with our policies and procedures.
Maintain retail inventory for studio, process all new inventory and regularly bill accounts for any retail purchases made online or in studio. Maintain re-orders of GK Elite leotards, office supplies, cleaning supplies, party supplies, and bathroom supplies. Maintain a clean and tidy studio at all times similar to what you would do if a guest was coming over to your home at all times. Communicate with all outside vendors regarding prompt delivery of studio items, cleaning service, and outgoing packages on a daily and weekly basis. Keep organized stock of all needed items for running studio and maintain weekly ordering for supplies as needed. Print new role sheets, sig in/out sheets, liability waivers, maintain all rosters for accuracy, schedule makeups, and call all accident reports within 24 hours. Daily & monthly billing and account management for all classes, private lessons, MMO, Toddler Times, special events and camps to ensure all payments have been made for all sign-ups and accounts are up to date. Regularly check and contact all waitlists and trial enrollments to update any openings and fill classes. Be creative and think outside the box to build studio clientele, relationships and to motivate athletes, parents and coaches. Deliver outstanding customer service to our guest!
