Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and compliance Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and document proofreading Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and supporting administrative projects Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry systems Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and phone etiquette standards Previous experience as a front desk or receptionist in medical or dental offices is a plus but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and data entry accurately Personal assistant experience or experience supporting office operations is advantageous Join our team as a Front Desk Associate where your proactive attitude will make a meaningful difference every day!
