If you love animals, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Our front desk team plays a huge role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for both pets and their owners. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and professional Compassionate and positive Detail oriented and organized Reliable and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Computer savvy A strong communicator in person, on the phone, and through text/email Passionate about dogs and cats Experience in veterinary medicine or medical reception is preferred, but strong customer service experience is also valued.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and pets with a warm, welcoming attitude Answering phones professionally and efficiently Scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Responding to client texts and emails Processing payments Taking detailed messages for doctors and staff Communicating medical information clearly to clients Managing prescriptions and medical records Processing faxes, reports, and diagnostic results Maintaining accurate patient communication records Running end-of-day reports Light housekeeping duties

Qualifications:

Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary software Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and File Explorer preferred Ability to multitask and stay organized Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds High school diploma/GED required

Monday-Friday:

8:15 AM

•5:30 PM (Lunch closure from 12:30 PM

•1:30 PM)

Saturday:

8:15 AM

•12:30
