About the Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Position We are looking for a personable, friendly, and energetic person to join our team. You will be the first impression for our patients and customers, responsible for greeting each individual kindly and courteously. About the Practice You will be working with a fantastic team including 2 optometrists, and 4 staff members. We treat patients ranging from pediatrics (little kiddies) to geriatrics (65+ year olds) and everything in between. Our doctors are the best in the area, and we thrive on the positive experience each patient has: from the interaction at the front desk when they first walk in the door, to the time they spend in the exam chair, and then seeing you for all of their optical needs. Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Roles and Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments and assisting with check-out
• Verifying insurance plans
• Greeting patients and customers
• Stocking and Inventory, assisting optometric technicians when needed
• Submitting insurance claims
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Answering phone calls
• Most importantly, should be able to communicate fluently in Korean and English.
